1) Agreement
By using PassagePoint’s website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2) Services Provided
PassagePoint provides booking assistance for:
- Flights
- Hotels
- Flight + Hotel packages
including bookings for business travelers and family/group travelers.
PassagePoint does not provide tours/activities or visa processing.
3) Supplier Terms and Rules
Your bookings are governed by the applicable rules and terms of airlines, hotels, and suppliers (including fare rules, cancellation rules, and check-in policies). You are responsible for reviewing supplier rules before booking.
4) Pricing, Availability, and Quotes
- Prices and availability can change until a booking is confirmed and paid.
- Some fares require immediate ticketing or have strict time limits.
- Taxes, fees, and surcharges may vary by supplier and destination.
5) Payments
We accept PayPal, Wise, Stripe, Bank Transfer, and QR payments (e.g., GCash).
You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize payment. We may request additional verification for fraud prevention.
6) Service Fees
PassagePoint may charge service fees or processing fees. Unless required by law, service fees are generally non-refundable once services have been performed or a booking has been confirmed.
7) Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
Changes and refunds are governed by:
- Supplier policies and fare rules, and
- Our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You are responsible for supplier penalties, change fees, and fare differences.
8) Traveler Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring traveler names match IDs/passports
- Passport validity and any required visas (PassagePoint does not process visas)
- Meeting entry requirements, local laws, and health requirements
- Arriving on time and meeting check-in requirements
- Purchasing travel insurance (recommended)
9) Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- PassagePoint is not liable for supplier failures or disruptions outside our control (weather, strikes, government actions, supplier schedule changes, etc.).
- If PassagePoint is found liable, liability is limited to the service fees paid to PassagePoint for the affected booking, except where the law does not permit such limitation.
10) Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have an issue, contact support@passagepoint.uk first. Chargebacks may delay refunds and can result in booking cancellations or additional costs imposed by suppliers or payment providers.
11) Intellectual Property
PassagePoint branding, website content, and materials are owned by PassagePoint or licensed to PassagePoint. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
12) Termination
We may refuse service or terminate access if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
13) Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and disputes will be subject to the courts of the United Kingdom.
